Architectural Significance

This is a commodious Italianate L-plan farm house composed of a 2 1/2 story gable roofed main block, 1 1/2 story side ell and a 2 1/2 story stable garage. An open porch with champfered posts wraps around the 3-bay main facade and east facade. The main entrance features narrow multi-pane sidelights. In general windows are simply enframed, cornice headed and contain 2/2 wood sash.

Historical Significance

This house was built in 1864 for George A. Copeland, farmer. By 1900 an F. Kehoe (occupation unlisted) lived here.
