Architectural Significance
Built c. 1920, #756 South St. represents an interesting variation on the early 20th century Bungalow. Its most distinctive feature is its Gambrel profile with roof slopes which sweep down to cover the wood shingle clad front porch. Stucco covers the side walls with wood shingles at attic level.
